From the time Hollis came to audition for
the show, there was no doubt she had talent. But there's a difference between singing and performing. Larry and
Hollis worked together in assisting her to feel more comfortable on stage. After two years, this young lady with multitudes
of talent has blossomed into an entertaining performer. One you have to see, to believe.
You won't see a better
singer/performer around, including in Nashville, Tennessee! She can sing any song out by today's artist, but she chooses
to sing classic country. With abundant talent she can sing a LeeAnn Rimes song and with equal ease glide right in to a sultry
Patsy Cline hit.
Of-course being beautiful doesn't hurt anything! Hollis has a smile that puts any audience
member at ease, male or female. She's not flamboyant, but then she doesn't have to be. She adds just the right amount
of class and charm to the feminine side of the show. But if you think this young lady isn't tough, you would be sadly
mistaken! She's ridden horses since she was old enough to walk! She was a basketball star, being on a team that won the
state championship with her father, Roger and mother, Sue, coaching. When it comes to tearing down the set to move to another
show, Hollis pitches right in there with the guys. You'll often see her in jeans helping around the theater and in the
next minute, looking gorgeous in a beautiful designer outfit.
Whether she's singing the National Anthem at
a game or performing in the Legends of Country Music Tribute, you won't find a better singer than Hollis Pyper. Nor a
finer young lady!
The Legends of Country Music has moved on to other venues and opportunities. Unfortunately
Hollis was unable to leave her day job to continue with the Legends of Country Music on a full time basis. She is performing
in select shows throughout the state. We are very proud of Hollis and all she has accomplished. It has always been our intention
for anyone performing in the show to be able to move on to bigger and better things, such is the case for this young lady!
We wish her all the best!
