How Much Would You Like to MAKE?

People don't have money to donate like they once did. But everyone still likes to be entertained. It's like having a mini vacation. For their donation to Your Organization, they receive 2 hours of Spectacular Entertainment! It's a WIN WIN Situation!

We call the Vouchers "Show Admissions", they replace "Tickets". So below you will read the term "Show Admissions".

1.  The Show Admission at the door is $35. The price is high to encourage people to purchase show admissions from the Organization.

2.  The number of show admissions Your Organization purchases is determined by the office and your Organization.  For each show admission your Organization wants to sell, you make a deposit of $2.50 each. (Example:100 show admissions x $2.50=$250.00 deposit) There are NO REFUNDS, the vouchers  you paid the deposit on, are your responsibility. Once the deposit for the show admissions are paid, your Organization is accepting responsibility. $10 per voucher is due.

      a. As an Option: Your Organization is responsible to the Legends of Country Music for all "Show Admissions" you paid a deposit on. As it closer to the show and you still have Show Admissions not sold,  you may choose to give the Show Admissions to people who want to come to the show. Instead of your Organization being liable for the $10, they will pay the $10 at the door. This is just a suggestion.

3.   Your Organization sells the Show Admission to the customer for $20, $10 you collect immediately, making back your deposit money, plus $7.50.

4.   Once you collect your $10, fill out the Show Admission for the customer, instructing them to take it to the box office on the date and time of the show.

5.   The customer will then pay $10 at the door on the show date and time

6.   The LofCMS will secure the venue to ensure the necessary requirements of bringing in a show of this caliber are met. The  Non-profit Organization leases the theater using their Non-Profit status. Often you can  retain the venue for a small fee and often for Free.  Should the Organization have to pay a fee for the venue, the LofCMS will negotiate with the Organization for those fees.

7.   The Legends of Country Music will pay for the printing of the Show Admission Forms and the posters. Your Organization is responsible for putting out the posters in high traffic areas.

8.   The Legends of Country Music will supply the local newspaper with a press release. LofCMS will determine the best advertisement for the area of the show and pay for that. (Example: radio ads and give-aways, cable T.V. ads, etc)

9.   The Legends of Country Music carries a Million Dollar Limited Liability Policy

10. The Legends of Country Music pays for the show  and sound personnel. 

11. The LofCMS office will assist the Organization as needed with ideas, suggestions and material as needed.

12.  The Legends of Country Music Office Staff will promote your Organization on the Big Screen prior to the show and during the intermission.

13.  Want to make extra money for your organization??? Your Organization can be in charge of selling Advertising Packages for the poster and the show. You could make up to 25% of each ad sold. It's an easy way to add to the money for your Organization.
