Organization purchases is determined by the office and your Organization. For each show admission your Organization
wants to sell, you make a deposit of $2.50 each. (Example:100 show admissions x $2.50=$250.00 deposit) There are NO REFUNDS,
the tickets you paid the deposit on, are your responsibility. Once the deposit for the show admissions are paid,
your Organization is accepting responsibility.
a. As an Option: Your Organization is responsible to the Legends of Country Music for all "Show Tickets" you
paid a deposit on. As it gets closer to the show and you still have Show Tickets not sold, you may choose to give them
to people who want to come to the show. Instead of your Organization being liable for the remainder. 3. Your Organization sells the Show Tickets at a discount. The consumer wins, your organization
wins. 4. The Legends of Country Music carries a Million Dollar
Limited Liability Policy 5. The Legends of Country Music pays for the
show and sound personnel. .6.
The Legends of Country Music Office Staff will promote your Organization on the Big Screen prior to the show and during the
